The demand for Scripture materials in other languages is
increasing as Australia becomes more culturally-diverse.
The Bible Society Bookshop* leads the way when it
comes to supplying Bibles, and our central location
213, Clarence Street, Sydney CBD gives customers
ready access to a huge range of languages, translations
and formats. However we want to extend our reach into
the community so even more Australians can engage
with God’s Word.
Making a difference
2011 will see us grow our new, improved online version
of our bookstore.

products are also on offer to encourage a personal
encounter with the Bible.
The Bible Society’s Cross Cultural Team* works with
churches and congregations in the Chinese, Korean
and Arabic communities to increase awareness about
the work we do in Australia and around the world.
Providing God’s Word in the heart language of people
groups like these is a vital part of the Bookshop’s role.
